WellFound offers thoughtfully designed wellness and adventure experiences that help groups slow down, reconnect, and recharge. Each session is professionally facilitated and tailored to the needs of your group, whether you're looking for something restorative, energizing, or reflective.
Our offerings may include yoga, meditation, breathwork, sound healing, guided hikes, forest bathing, mindful movement, and other nature-based practices. Every experience is adaptable and welcoming to participants of all skill levels, ensuring that everyone can comfortably take part.
Each of our customizable programs can be delivered as standalone sessions or combined to create a full-day or multi-day wellbeing experience.
Pedal to Wellness
Start your morning with our cycle guide on an e-bike. Explore the valleys and vistas of wine country before an all-levels, 60-minute yoga class with one of our expert certified yoga instructors, followed by lunch at one of our preferred vineyard partners.
After lunch, head back to your hotel for a 60-minute massage.
This immersive experience gives you and your guests a unique day of combines wellness and wine, where you will uncover some hidden gems in the county.
Yoga in the Vines
Release yourself from the confines of a yoga studio, and practice in nature with the sun on your face and the wind in your hair. Yoga in the vines allows you to reconnect with your breath in nature, leaving you inspired and light.
Pair your practice with lunch and a tasting at one of our vineyard partners or head out for a hike with one of our expert hiking guides - with over 14 state parks between Sonoma and Napa Counties, there are. many options for exportation and adventure.
Sound Healing/Sound Bath
Step away from the pace of the day and settle into a deeply restorative sound healing experience. Using crystal singing bowls and other resonant instruments, the session creates gentle vibrations that help quiet the mind, release tension, and guide the body into a state of relaxation and balance.
Sound healing pairs beautifully with other wellbeing experiences. Guests may choose to combine the session with yoga, meditation, or a guided nature walk, creating a thoughtful rhythm of movement, stillness, and connection throughout the day.
Forest Bathing (shinrin-yoku)
Slow down and reconnect with nature through the gentle practice of forest bathing. Guided by one of our experienced facilitators, guests are invited to move slowly through the landscape, engaging their senses and experiencing the restorative calm of the natural world.
Forest bathing offers a quiet opportunity to step away from busy schedules and fully arrive in the present moment. This experience can easily be paired with yoga, meditation, or a vineyard lunch, creating a day that blends movement, reflection, and connection to place.
Meditation & Breathwork
Create space to pause, breathe, and reset. Through guided meditation and simple breathwork techniques, guests are gently led into a state of calm awareness that helps reduce stress, improve focus, and restore balance.
These practices are approachable and accessible for everyone, whether it’s your first time meditating or part of an established practice. Meditation and breathwork can be enjoyed as a standalone experience or paired with yoga, sound healing, or a nature walk for a deeper day of wellbeing.
